Staff Accountant - Remote Opportunity with Gabriela Chavarria

Gabriela Chavarria is seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This full-time, remote-eligible position is essential for maintaining financial accuracy and integrity within our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP and lease accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate reporting.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to maintain precise financial records.
• Assist with the monthly close process, including journal entries and account analysis.
• Handle lease accounting for NNN lease structures, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and management tasks.
• Support audit processes by preparing documentation and addressing accounting inquiries.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required for daily accounting operations.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager software.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and lease accounting standards is essential.
• Experience with NNN lease structures is preferred.
