About the role

A venture-backed AI startup building real-time voice and compliance systems for banks and mortgage lenders.

Tasks

• Own technical decisions across the product, from backend services and databases to infrastructure and AI reliability.
• Own production backend systems
• Build for speed and reliability

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (4+ preferred)
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science
• Strong distributed systems and database skills
• Working familiarity with AI and LLMs is required
• Prior experience building AI agents is optional

Schedule

• On-site five days a week

Pay

• $250,000–$320,000 base
