About the role
Creighton Manning, a GAI Consultants Company, is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join its team in Albany, Poughkeepsie, or Syracuse, NY. The role involves transportation projects, including bridge and culvert rehabilitations and replacements, retaining walls, and transportation structure design.
You’ll develop engineering solutions, evaluate project feasibility, support proposal development, guide junior staff, collaborate with clients, support construction activities, and solve engineering challenges.
Responsibilities
- Prepare or check calculations and/or direct others’ design procedures to ensure calculations follow AASHTO and NYSDOT design standards.
- Prepare design reports, specifications, plans, studies, permits, and designs for bridge design projects.

- Contribute to project delivery and support construction activities.
Requirements
