System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure Administration, Microsoft Entra ID, and Endpoint Management to support and maintain enterprise endpoint and mobile architecture systems.

Tasks

• Build, deploy, and manage application packages using Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory, and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Manage and support laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Handle escalated endpoint support issues and resolve critical incidents.
• Administer Azure and Microsoft Azure Admin Portal.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and system administration.
• Monitor system performance, KPIs, and support trends.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to IT staff.
• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and mobile platforms.

Requirements

• 7+ Years
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
• Microsoft Azure Administration
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Active Directory
• Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)
• Windows 10/11 Administration
• Endpoint and Mobile Device Management
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Preferred: PowerShell Scripting, Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Support, Microsoft Teams Administration, M365 Copilot / Copilot Chat, ServiceNow Ticketing System, Windows Server Administration, Security and Patch Management, Network Troubleshooting (Ethernet & Wi-Fi), Andro
