Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor telecallers to help meet daily and monthly targets.
- Conduct training to strengthen team members’ calling skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor call quality and provide constructive performance feedback.
- Review team metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Help develop marketing scripts and outreach strategies for target audiences.
- Coordinate communication across the team and other departments.
- Implement processes and techniques to improve team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of telecalling or sales experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using analytics tools to assess performance is a plus.
