Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of telecallers to consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly sales and outreach targets. Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills, product knowledge, and customer handling techniques. Monitor call quality through live and recorded calls, providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management to inform strategic decisions.
