Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate telecalling agents to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement team strategies aligned with company goals to optimize performance and customer experience.
• Manage daily operations ensuring effective communication and task coordination.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance skills and promote best practices.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Resolve customer escalations promptly to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years proven leadership experience in telecalling or customer service.
• Strong communication, team management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools for monitoring team performance.
• Sales or customer service certifications are a plus.

Compensation: ₹20,000 per month
