THE DRR BUILDCON PVT. LTD. is hiring a full-time Telecaller in Patna, Bihar, India. This in-person role is suited to a friendly communicator who can engage prospective customers, explain products and services, and support sales goals.

Compensation: INR 20,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Explain product information clearly and respond to customer questions.
• Use persuasive, customer-focused communication to convert leads into sales.
• Record customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately.
• Work with the sales team to meet monthly targets and improve sales strategies.
• Share customer feedback and market insights to help improve offerings and identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional approach to customer conversations.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service practices.
• Comfort using telecommunications tools and CRM software.
• At least one year of relevant experience is desirable; telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
