Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed job analyses and prepare comprehensive job descriptions for BPO positions. Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates. Screen resumes and perform initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit. Manage the full recruitment cycle from interview scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and provide regular hiring updates. Negotiate employment offers ensuring compliance with compensation guidelines and company policies. Maintain accurate recruitment data and analyze hiring trends to optimize recruitment processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BPO sector. Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Industry certifications in recruitment are an advantage. Must have own database or portal for sourcing candidates.
