Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote services.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate call information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product and service information.
• Follow up on leads and advance them through the sales funnel; schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Meet and exceed individual and team lead generation and customer engagement targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop call scripts and improve calling techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and enhance overall performance.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling or lead generation preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is highly advantageous.
