Tasks

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of telecom circuits, including provisioning, installation, activation, and disconnects.
• Lead carrier and vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service escalations.
• Drive telecom cost optimization, vendor consolidation, and expense reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with Corporate Networking and Field Infrastructure teams for successful site deployments.
• Monitor vendor performance, outages, service reliability, and operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate telecom inventory and lifecycle documentation.
• Lead and develop a team of 3–5 telecom provisioning professionals.

Requirements

• Senior Level (7–10+ Years)
• 7–10+ years of experience in Telecom, Network Operations, or Carrier Management.
• Strong knowledge of Broadband, DIA, SIP, MPLS, LTE/5G, Fiber, and Fixed Wireless.
• Hands-on experience with circuit provisioning and carrier delivery.
• Experience managing telecom providers such as Comcast, Lumen, and aggregators like Granite or Meriplex.
• Strong vendor negotiation, contract management, and escalation-handling skills.
• Experience supporting large, multi-site enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
