ERG Global Talent is hiring a Transformer - Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive continuous improvement across transformer manufacturing and operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across transformer manufacturing and operations.
- Analyze processes, lead lean/Kaizen activities, and implement improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
- Experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, or operational excellence within transformer or heavy electrical equipment environments.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools.
- US Citizens and Green Card holders may apply. H-1B transfer is available. Visa sponsorship is available only for Canadian, Australian, and Mexican citizens.
