Jacob Edward is looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant specializing in Sales & Business Support to join our remote team on a part-time basis. This role is vital in enhancing our sales operations and business efficiency by providing essential administrative and research support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and business documents using Google Workspace tools.
• Organize and maintain accurate sales records and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments for the sales team to improve workflow.
• Conduct market research to support sales strategies and identify new leads.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall business support.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar virtual assistant or sales support role is preferred but not mandatory.
