About the role
Acadian Asset Management is a global, systematic investment manager at the forefront of data-driven investing since 1986. The Investment AI Engineer is an execution-focused individual in the Investment team, working alongside quantitative researchers and portfolio managers to design, build, and operate agentic solutions that accelerate the investment process.
The role partners with Technology to evolve production-grade, enterprise AI capabilities, while building investment-specific skills, sub-agents, and workflows for safe, repeatable automation within research and portfolio workflows. The work supports instruction-driven development and human-in-the-loop agentic systems that augment investment teams while preserving judgment, rigor, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate agentic solutions to accelerate the investment process.
- Partner with Technology to evolve production-grade, enterprise AI capabilities.
- Build investment-specific skills, sub-agents, and workflows for safe, repeatable automation.
- Translate investment and research intent into clear, achievable specifications and high-quality merge requests that integrate into existing production systems.
