POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation and coordination of youth programming. This role involves direct mentoring, supervision of youth and staff, scheduling and activities, reporting, partnerships and tracking program outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate program schedules, activities, mentors, staff and youth participants.
• Provide direct mentorship, guidance and supervision to youth participants.
• Support daily programming and ensure smooth operations.
• Staff supervision, reporting, partnerships and program outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience working with youth, mentoring, recreation, education, athletics or community programming.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise youth and support program staff.
• Dependable, punctual and professional.
• Commitment to youth development and community impact.
