Associate Business Analyst

What You’ll Do: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand users’ access details, tools, and system requirements. - Translate business needs into clear, functional specifications for development. - Develop functional and technical specifications for ERP solutions and software applications. - Assist in planning, reporting, and supporting business process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow improvements. - Support teams in defining and validating requirements through user testing and documentation. - Monitor improvements and ensure delivery aligns with functional and business objectives.
