About the role

Ualett is looking for a dedicated, customer-focused specialist to join its team in Santo Domingo. The role supports clients with the guidance and solutions they need to succeed while strengthening long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, empathetic, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance and follow-up.
• Guide clients in using Ualett’s products and services.
• Resolve inquiries, issues, and escalations professionally and with a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and align on solutions.
• Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements to retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and consistent communication across channels.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, customer success, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Problem-solving ability with empathy and professionalism.
• Organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms is a plus.
