REQUIREMENTS
- Completed degree
- Intermediate English, with the ability to understand and communicate in routine work related situations.
EXPERIENCE
- Support customer by managing Oracle CX service requests, monitoring open quotes, following up on unresolved items, and ensuring inquiries are handled accurately and within required timelines.
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries by providing timely, accurate information related to order status, tracking, proof of delivery, packing lists, estimated arrival dates, stock availability, boxes, and labels.
- Keep internal partners informed by preparing and sharing accurate Canadian shipment updates in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer order and return records, including making proper order support clear communication, traceability, and compliance requirements.
- Support inventory accuracy by processing Virtual Inventory Receipts in Oracle Canada as needed.
- Assist customers with return authorization requests by reviewing pending items, confirming return details, recording submissions, and generating RGA for approval and accordance with established policies.
- Help resolve customer pain related to coordinating pickup arrangements, preparing required documentation, and communicating status updates throughout the return process.
