It is a freelance, remote, and full-time position.
Working Schedule:flexible, 5 days per week working and 2 days off* (determined by the client 1 week inadvance)
Hours:7 am - 4 pm PST8 am - 5 pm PST9 am - 6 pm PST10 am - 7 pm PST11 am - 8 pm PST12 pm - 9 pm PST(rotational, determined by the client 1 week in advance)
*Sundays are days off
Training: 2 weeksProbation period: 2 months

Responsibilities:Answer tickets (email and chats) via Impress CRM systems in English and SpanishPhone support in English and SpanishProcessing customer inquiries regarding payment and appointments, as well as cancellationsProcessing needs-specific customer requests & complaintsHandling social media requests in English and SpanishManaging and maintaining customer data in the clients systemsPerform any additional tasks requested by your SupervisorReport to senior management.
