About the role
Jacobs is looking for a passionate Lean Leader to work closely with the Director of Lean Implementation and Process Improvement on strategies, procedures, and protocols for Life Sciences North America. The role leads Lean and Continuous Improvement activities for Life Science projects and focuses on the construction phase.
Responsibilities
- Train internal staff, vendors, and trade partners, and coach the next generation of Lean Leaders.
- Work with Project Management teams to implement strategies for design, procurement, construction, and CQV phases.
- Align teams with the client, vendors, and trade partners, coordinating Lean processes with safety, digital delivery, offsite fabrication, modularization, and IPD strategies.
- Help establish the Last Planner System® and facilitate its elements.
- Manage the LPS software and train Jacobs personnel and trade partners to use the selected collaboration software.
- Support visual management, 5S, and other construction-related Lean activities.
