We've delivered game-changing results for regional organizations and Fortune 500 clients, giving team members exposure to complex, impactful projects.Role Description: The LIMS Master Data Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vega Baja. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and governing master data within Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), ensuring data integrity, consistency, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and updating data standards, managing sample and test configurations, overseeing user access and roles, and coordinating data migrations or system updates. The LIMS Master Data Manager collaborates closely with laboratory operations, quality, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve data issues, and optimize workflows. The role also includes preparing documentation, supporting audits, training users on LIMS data processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for data management and system use.QualificationsStrong experience in configuring the LIMS platform. Master data management and configuration of laboratory workflows and test methods.Knowledge of GxP, data integrity principles (ALCOA+), and regulatory requirements in biopharma or other highly regulated environments.Proficiency in data analysis, data quality control, and troubleshooting data-related issues using structured problem-solving approaches.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business and laboratory requirements into LIMS configurations, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, user guides, and documentation related to LIMS and data governance.Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, information systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Prior experience in biopharma, healthcare, or laboratory environments is highly beneficial; consulting experience is a plus.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, on-site setting.
