We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Specialist to join our team in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico. This position is responsible for coordinating the movement of materials and finished goods, ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering excellent internal and external customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, and customers.Schedule deliveries and pickups to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays.Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.Process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and freight paperwork.Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of products.Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Logistics Specialist or in a similar logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain role.Experience coordinating shipments, inventory control, and transportation logistics.Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and inventory management practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $34,000 annually.401(k) with employer match.Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Paid parental leave.15 vacation days.12 sick days.Paid holidays.Free parking.Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
