All American Water Restoration, Inc. is looking for an experienced Mitigation Manager to lead our team in Orlando.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing the daily Mitigation Department operations
- Leading, training & holding technicians accountable
- Overseeing water & mold mitigation projects
- Conducting regular job site visits
- Monitoring production, drying, equipment & documentation
- Handling customer concerns and job-site issues
- Coordinating mold testing and vendors
- Working closely with our office, PM and Reconstruction teams
- Participating in the on-call rotation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of water mitigation/restoration experience preferred
- Previous leadership/management experience preferred
- IICRC WRT & MLD certifications required
- Additional certifications are a plus
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
