Engage in ongoing training to stay current on products and customer service techniques. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone. Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
