Prepare and serve ice cream and other desserts while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain stock levels of ice cream, toppings, and supplies, and assist in inventory management. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Engage customers with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming shopping experience. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly and inviting demeanor. No formal education required; a passion for ice cream and customer interaction is essential. Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Effective communication skills in English. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
