Key Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and help them choose their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings. Prepare and serve ice cream and desserts while keeping the shop clean and visually appealing. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain inventory by monitoring stock levels of ice cream, toppings, and supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging customers with friendliness and enthusiasm. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly and inviting demeanor. No formal education required; passion for ice cream and customer interaction is essential. Previous experience in customer or food service is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Effective communication skills in English. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Report directly to the Shop Manager and collaborate closely with fellow associates to maintain a fun, team-oriented environment.
