Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat to ensure timely resolution of inquiries. Assist customers in troubleshooting product and service issues, maintaining a high first-contact resolution rate. Communicate clearly and empathetically to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in CRM systems to support continuous service improvements. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience. Participate in ongoing training sessions to deepen product knowledge and refine customer service skills. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and contribute ideas to help achieve and exceed service excellence goals. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent education. Proven experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
