Key Responsibilities Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective resolutions. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our data management system. Assist customers with product and service inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve service delivery. Participate in team leadership by guiding new members and sharing best practices for customer service excellence. Monitor customer feedback and report trends or incidents requiring escalation to management. Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication skills and passion for outstanding customer service. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with data management and problem-solving. Previous team leadership experience is a plus.
