Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ health and progress, and support adherence to care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, maintaining accurate records.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on patient care strategies.
• Educate patients and families about health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Document nursing actions and patient responses in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Matric Certificate required; a nursing degree or diploma is preferred.
• Valid professional nursing registration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and relevant healthcare software.
