Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health and progress, ensuring adherence to prescribed care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders, maintaining accurate records.
• Provide compassionate care to patients and their families, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care strategies.
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Document all nursing actions and patient responses in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Matric Certificate required; nursing degree or diploma preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare team members.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred in hospital or clinical settings.
• Valid professional nursing registration is mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare software.
