📢 We’re Hiring: API Process Engineer
📍 Location: #Sacramento, CA, Katalyst Pro
We are seeking an experienced API Process Engineer with 5+ years of process engineering or API manufacturing experience to provide technical support for manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong chemical engineering background and hands-on experience in GMP process troubleshooting, process optimization, equipment startup, and manufacturing documentation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide technical engineering support for #API manufacturing processes, including process scale-up, equipment startup, troubleshooting, and production optimization.
✅ Develop and revise manufacturing documentation, including batch records, work instructions, cleaning procedures, and #GMP-related documents.
✅ Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve cycle times, and enhance manufacturing safety, quality, and productivity.
✅ Support equipment setup, facility and equipment qualification, product changeovers, and manufacturing process improvements.
🔹 Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of process engineering or related #API manufacturing experience.
✅ Hands-on experience with #GMP process troubleshooting and process optimization.
✅ Experience with equipment startup and manufacturing process support.
✅ Strong knowledge of technical documentation and process safety.
🔹 Bonus / Nice to Have:
✅ Experience with #PHA/PSSR and #CAPA investigations.
✅ Knowledge of equipment qualification and #P&IDs.
✅ Experience with mass balance and emission calculations.
