Key Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and detailing. Inspect vehicles for damages and communicate any issues to the team and customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash area and equipment. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with a smile. Ensure all cleaning supplies and tools are stocked and in good working condition. Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing best practices and techniques. Participate in team meetings to contribute to service improvements and operational efficiency. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Attention to Detail – a critical skill for ensuring all vehicles meet our cleanliness standards. Experience in vehicle care or detail-focused roles is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills – both with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and materials is a plus.
