Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage an individual book of tax clients through client meetings and relationship development
- Oversee payroll and bookkeeping services for a growing portfolio of corporate clients
- Communicate securely with clients via text and email portals
- Make strategic decisions that benefit both clients and Bluebix Solutions
- Prepare complex tax returns including S Corporation, Partnership, C Corporation, Form 990, and individual filings
- Represent Bluebix Solutions professionally within the local community
- Design, manage, and execute tax resolution campaigns
- Develop and update educational content focused on exceptional customer service
- Review and maintain tax education materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential with at least 3 years of professional experience
- Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
- In-depth knowledge of Iowa tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency with tax preparation and bookkeeping software, preferably Drake and QuickBooks
- Experience preparing S Corp, Partnership, C Corp, 990, and individual tax returns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable work environment
