Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients and build an individual book of tax clients.
- Manage payroll and bookkeeping needs for a growing portfolio of corporate clients.
- Communicate with clients through a secure text and email portal.
- Make decisions that support both clients and the firm.
- Prepare S corporation, partnership, C corporation, Form 990, and individual tax returns.
- Represent the firm professionally in the community.
- Create, manage, and launch tax resolution campaigns.
- Develop and distribute educational content focused on excellent customer service.
- Review and update tax education materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Active CPA credential and at least three years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Iowa tax law.
- Experience preparing S corporation, partnership, C corporation, Form 990, and individual tax returns.
- Proficiency with tax preparation and bookkeeping platforms; Drake and QuickBooks are preferred.
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a full-time, on-site position in Urbandale, Iowa.
