Clinical Case Manager & Therapeutic Coach

About the role

Since 2012, Active Recovery Network has provided in-home therapeutic coaching and clinical case management throughout San Diego.

The role provides individualized, real-world support to clients and families.

Tasks

• In-home therapeutic coaching and clinical case management
• Developing life skills, healthy routines, and greater independence
• Supporting mental health, recovery, and behavioral goals
• Coordinating care with families, therapists, psychiatrists, and other providers
• Supporting education, employment, relationships, and community integration
• Collaborating with our team on individualized support plans

Requirements

• Experienced clinical professional
• Strong clinical judgment, warmth, creativity, and ability to build meaningful relationships
• Master's degree in psychology, social wor

Schedule

• Part-time initially, with hours increasing as your caseload grows
• Opportunity to transition into full-time
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs
• Full-time benefits available at 30 hours/week
• Independent fieldwork with team collaboration and support

Pay

• $35–$40/hour, depending on experience.
