Consultant SAP S/4HANA, CRM & Customer Management - Remote

Olatokunbo Demola Salami is seeking an experienced Consultant SAP S/4HANA, CRM & Customer Management to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary of €70,000 per year . The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving customer adoption of innovative SAP solutions, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing business performance. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions customized to customer needs. Analyze client requirements and develop detailed functional specifications. Provide expert guidance on CRM system enhancements and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer management strategies. Conduct training sessions to ensure effective end-user adoption of new systems. Manage project timelines and budgets to guarantee successful delivery. Collect and analyze performance metrics to evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and customer management best practices. Familiarity with industry-standard SAP and customer management certifications is a plus. Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in relevant roles. You will report directly to the Project Manager and collaborate closely with other consultants and stakeholders across departments. Cross-functional teamwork is essential to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
