Consultant SAP S/4HANA, CRM & Customer Management - Remote

Olatokunbo Demola Salami is seeking a skilled Consultant SAP S/4HANA, CRM & Customer Management to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary of €70,000 per year. You will be instrumental in driving customer adoption of innovative SAP solutions, improving operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions customized to client needs.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop detailed functional specifications.
• Advise on CRM system enhancements and optimize customer management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer management strategies.
• Deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to guarantee successful delivery.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration.
• Strong expertise in CRM systems and customer management best practices.
• Familiarity with industry certifications related to SAP and customer management is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in relevant roles.

You will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with consultants and stakeholders across departments. Effective cross-functional collaboration is essential to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
