About the role
Quantumgroup-Ph is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to help customers place orders through sales channels and generate sales through communications with clients.
Responsibilities
- Help customers place orders through sales channels.
- Generate sales by initiating and conducting communications with existing, new and potential clients via phone, chat or email.
- Report daily productivity to the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound or inbound sales experience in a BPO setting.
- Telco experience and proven upselling or cross-selling experience are given priority.
- Must have both sales experience, preferably actual product sales in e-commerce, and customer service experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati and amenable to shifting schedules, holidays or weekends.
- Must be available to start ASAP.
