Customer Service and Sales Representative

Help customers in placing orders through sales channels. Generate sales by conducting and initiating communications with existing, new and potential clients via phone, chat and or email. Report daily productivity report to immediate supervisor. Qualification: Minimum of 1 year Outbound/Inbound Sales experience in a BPO setting. Candidates with telco experience and proven upselling/cross-selling experience will be given priority. Must have both sales experience (actual product sales, preferably e-commerce) and customer service experience. With Good communication skills. Must be willing to work onsite (Makati). Amenable to work on shifting schedules, holidays or weekends. Must be available to start ASAP.
