Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Guide customers through our products and services, addressing questions and concerns effectively. Accurately document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions using computer systems. Resolve conflicts and manage complaints to maintain positive customer relationships. Work closely with team members to continuously improve the customer service experience. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge and service best practices. Monitor customer feedback and contribute to process improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computer systems and common software applications. Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to handle stressful situations gracefully. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. As a Customer Service Representative at Trio Homes, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and product departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.
