Confidential is seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with inquiries and concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle soft selling and upselling for Comcast products and services.
Requirements
- High School or Senior High School Graduate.
- At least 6 months of BPO experience.
- Telco or Comcast experience is a plus.
- International non-voice experience is accepted for select technical roles.
