Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve issues promptly while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to improve service quality and resolve escalated concerns.
• Identify and suggest improvements for customer service processes to management.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong typing skills to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
