We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Associate to join our inbound voice process team in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience strategies and service delivery. Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call quality. Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with industry standards and best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent. Skills: Excellent verbal communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach. Experience: Previous customer service or support experience preferred.
