Customer Support Associate (Inbound Voice) in Bhopal

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, resolve inquiries, and provide accurate solutions.
• Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex requests to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain current knowledge of company products and services.
• Work with colleagues and cross-functional sales and technical teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Meet monthly customer satisfaction and call quality performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with service standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to work collaboratively.
• Previous customer service or support experience preferred.

Compensation and Employment

This is a full-time, on-site position in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Pay is 16253 per month. The associate reports to the Customer Support Manager and works with fellow associates to support customer satisfaction.
