Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Document interactions and customer feedback in the CRM system for quality assurance and future reference.
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and escalate complex queries to relevant departments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to assist customers accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience strategies and service delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call quality.
• Participate in continuous training to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Experience: Previous customer service or support experience preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.

As part of our enthusiastic team, you will report directly to the Customer Support Manager and work closely with associates and cross-functional teams including sales and technical departments to ensure holistic customer satisfaction.

Compensation: ₹16,253 per month
