Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Assist users with app functionality, order inquiries, and product details.
• Resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records by documenting customer interactions and issues.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and IT teams to address customer feedback.
• Continuously improve service processes to boost user satisfaction.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th Pass.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with mobile apps and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
