Job description
Join citigroup as a DevOps Cloud Engineer in New York City, New York. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll help enhance cloud infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and support reliable, secure cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate software deployment and support continuous integration.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to provision and orchestrate environments efficiently.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement automation to improve reliability and security.
- Partner with development, operations, and security teams to establish and enforce compliance and security standards.
- Assess performance and optimize cloud resource utilization.
- Track industry developments and evaluate technologies for potential use in the infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring and automation tools.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices.
