Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. Perform routine inspections and diagnostic testing on HVAC equipment to identify issues. Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating repair options and maintenance tips to clients. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and ensure high-quality outcomes. Document all service and installation work accurately in the company's record-keeping systems. Stay updated on industry advancements and participate in ongoing training and development sessions. Adhere to local HVAC codes and safety regulations while performing all tasks. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required. Exceptional customer service skills. Experience in HVAC systems installation or maintenance is preferred, with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience. Relevant certifications (EPA 608, HVAC Technician Certification) are a significant advantage. Familiarity with HVAC software and tools is desired.
