Job description
Tasks
- direct a crew, read plans, organize daily assignments, maintain productivity, and deliver quality workmanship on residential and commercial projects
Requirements
- OSHA 10 Construction training - REQUIRED
- OSHA 30 Construction training - PREFERRED
- Proven construction experience and crew leadership
- Strong communication, organization, and accountability
- Strict OSHA and company safety compliance
- Required PPE, including safety-toe boots, hard hats, eye protection, high-visibility apparel, and task-specific protective equipment
- Fall protection, ladder, scaffold, lift, and equipment safety requirements
- Hazard recognition, housekeeping, incident reporting, and stop-work responsibility
- No working under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing substances
- Job-related background checks and lawful drug screening may be required during hiring, with appropriate notices and authorizations
- Professional conduct, dependable attendance, and accountability on every jobsite
