About the role
Liam Smith is supporting a growing Care & Connection Center with plans to continue scaling. Field Support Specialists provide compassionate and professional support to families during a difficult time.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from families across three North Florida markets.
- Listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help families understand their options.
- Accurately document inquiries and family information.
- Maintain detailed records and enter data.
- Follow up with families by phone, text, and email.
- Coordinate with funeral home teams throughout the markets.
Requirements
Experience in funeral service, hospitality, healthcare, sales, customer service, or a call-center environment can be helpful. The ability to genuinely listen, communicate clearly, and care for people is just as important.
