Job description
Tasks
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing financial portfolios and retirement planning needs.
- Convert warm inbound leads into new business opportunities through consultative client engagement.
- Learn and apply the firm’s financial planning process, client service model, and investment strategies.
- Present and manage index annuity and insurance-based investment solutions tailored to client goals.
- Collaborate with advisors and support teams while maintaining accurate CRM records and staying current on market and regulatory updates.
Requirements
- CFP Certification Required
- Series 65 License Required
- 5+ Years Financial Advisory Experience
- AUM Experience Required
- Florida 2-15 Insurance License Preferred
Schedule
- Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
- Uncapped Commission (Potential Earnings $150,000+)
