About the role
Confidential is looking for reliable people at different skill levels, from helpers who want to learn to experienced multi-trade handyman contractors. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, with work available most weekdays, Monday through Friday, between approximately 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. There is no guarantee of hours.
Responsibilities
- Work may include drywall, painting, carpentry and trim, flooring, doors and hardware, basic plumbing repairs, make-ready/property turnover work, general home repairs, and punch-list work.
Requirements
- A strong work ethic, reliability, quality workmanship, and willingness to learn are valued.
- Having your own basic hand tools is preferred but not required.
