Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 BasePosition OverviewAs the Human Resources Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the organization's success by supporting multiple facets of the Human Resources function and driving innovation and strategic results across the department.This role is responsible for benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, employment practices, and labor law compliance.What You'll DoServe as an integral member of the plant leadership team. Manage the administration and implementation of Human Resources programs and initiatives. Proactively identify talent-related performance issues, including employee retention and engagement, and partner with local management to implement effective solutions. Analyze and leverage HR data to identify potential concerns and support recommended actions. Ensure legal compliance, fairness, and consistency in employment practices, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, and compensation.
