About the role

Villa Comunitaria seeks a collaborative, resourceful leader to strengthen financial sustainability, support staff, and build on our longstanding relationships and community roots.

Tasks

• Strengthen financial oversight, funding relationships, and long-term sustainability.
• Improve organizational processes, clarify roles, and empower program managers.
• Honor Villa’s history, build trust, and prepare for the next permanent Executive Director.

Requirements

• Nonprofit budgets, grants, public contracts, and compliance.
• Strong systems, clear roles, and accountability.
• Coaching managers and empowering staff.
• Respect for local knowledge, culture, and relationships.
• Transparent communication, adaptability, and trust-building.
• Leading constructive change while preserving organizational strengths.

Schedule

• Temporary, approximately 6–8 months (January 2027 – August 2027).
• Anticipated start date: January 4, 2027.

Pay

• $7,000–$8,200 per month.
