About the role
Join Chiox and build the future together as a branch manager in Kottawa, Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and lead, guide, and motivate the branch.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities and potential customers, and promote ChiOX ERP and software solutions.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, handle enquiries, follow-ups, and business negotiations, and monitor sales performance to achieve branch targets.
- Coordinate with management and other departments, prepare regular branch performance reports, and ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in business management, IT, marketing, or a related management field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or management.
- Previous team leadership or branch management experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; a good understanding of business operations and sales processes; and a strong target-oriented mindset.
- Good working knowledge of business applications and ability to travel when required.
