About the role
Employ Partners is hiring a Marketing Account Manager for someone who enjoys working with clients, solving problems, and contributing to both the sales and creative sides of account management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, presentations, samples, and product recommendations.
- Follow up with clients on proposals and quotes.
- Source products based on client needs.
- Coordinate orders and artwork from initial request through production.
- Help resolve order issues quickly and professionally.
- Support client retention and email marketing campaigns.
- Participate in sales, marketing, and strategy discussions.
- Assist with trade shows, client outreach, and special projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Account Management, Sales, or related office experience preferred.
- Strong B2B customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Smart, dependable, comfortable thinking outside the box, and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Promotional products industry experience is a plus.
- Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop experience is a plus; training can be provided.
