About the role

NetJets, a global private aviation leader for more than 60 years, provides private travel with a commitment to safety, personalized service, and global access. The Material Coordinator provides immediate AOG and critical materials support by coordinating logistics to move AOG parts in a time-critical, cost-conscious environment. This is a career-level position requiring technical and/or business experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize, and execute AOG material requests.
• Work with the Maintenance Control Supervisor to identify AOG parts requirements and determine the best way to obtain parts using company inventories.
• Coordinate aircraft parts, technical, and logistics updates with Maintenance Control.
• Evaluate global inventory for component requirements and assess “move vs. buy” decisions.
• Ensure procured parts comply with federal regulations and company policies for quality, documentation, and traceability.
• Maintain detailed transaction records, including requests, authorizations, supply sources, costs, and shipping methods.
• Support Operations Center activities by procuring components, equipment, and supplies for time-critical aircraft operations.
• Identify and execute warranty claims with supplier partners.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to eliminate or reduce flight delays and cancellations due to parts demands.
• Initiate and monitor parts and materials shipments for overnight aircraft maintenance requirements.
• Communicate logistics status and delivery details to Maintenance Control.
• Coordinate air charter logistics activities to support out-of-service needs.
