Job description
Tasks
- Post payments
- Reconcile remittance advice (ERA/EOB)
- Follow up on denied and underpaid claims
- Work aging accounts to reduce days in A/R
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management
- Working knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes, claim statuses, and common denial codes
- Certifications such as CPB (Certified Professional Biller) or CMRS (Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist) are a plus but not required
- U.S. Citizens (USC) and Green Card holders (GC) only
- Only candidates located in the U.S. will be considered
